Fees

Trade and tax provides transparency about her fees and services.

Our fee is always agreed in advance.

As every query or problem is different and often cannot be solved by using a standard solution, we determine our remuneration in consultation with our clients on a case-by-case basis. Starting point is an hourly rate, but we also offer fixed fee arrangements.

Hourly rate

Our hourly rate is very competitive and may vary depending on the experience required for the work.

For high volume projects and certain administrative services a discount is negotiable.

The hourly rate includes all costs, unless exceptional costs are to be made. Our invoices always include a detailed specification of time spent.

Fixed fee arrangement

For specifically defined services, we offer fixed fee arrangements to our clients.

This may, for instance, relate to predefined administrative services, periodical tax compliance or advice on a specific case.

We can provide you with a fee quote in advance.

No cure – no pay

We, in principal, do not work on a no cure - no pay basis, not counting exceptions in which the fiscal factor may be of crucial importance.
